A: Most rejections are from blurry odometer photos, missing date, or miles that don’t match your usual pattern. Re-shoot the photo in good light and resubmit.

Q: How long until my miles show up?
A: Most approved logs hit your account within 24–48 hours.

RANKS

Q: When do rank changes go live?
A: Once your new total miles clear review, your rank updates automatically on the leaderboard and dashboard.

Q: Can I lose my rank?
A: Only if we confirm fake logs or serious rule breaks. Real miles stay on the board.

SHIPPING

Q: When will my patches or coins ship?
A: Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll get tracking by email when they roll out.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: Yes, but times and costs vary by country. Check your checkout screen for details.
